This faucet works well… if you install it correctly. That said, the faucet comes with limited install instructions. Fit/finish is beautiful and the way it clamps to the counter is simple and sufficient. After about a week the faucet started to randomly turned on by itself. I emailed the manufacturer and they replied within 24hrs with a possible solution. The solution was to make sure the faucet base was insulated from the counter. Well… during the install it was difficult to tell the order of spacers, o-rings, washers etc. from the diagram. After reviewing the photos of the faucet on Amazon it was apparent I did it wrong. The black plastic spacer belongs above the counter. Unfortunately after reinstalling everything the sink would not turn on or off, both by touch and by the handle. Not to fear, I figured it out. My fix for this problem was to make sure all metal hoses under the sink are not touching any metal items. I fixed this with a small piece of PVC. The faucet now works as advertised. I’ll repost if things change, but I think the faucet will work well for many years. Peace.
I have no problems with this product. I love it! It looks GREAT, heavy not flimsy, the spray head is plastic but EVERYthing else is metal and built well, wipes clean and easy, modern and clean, and has great pressure on both modes of use. I choose to mount it so that the handle faces the sink rather than to the side. I love that it has NO NAME on it for a clean look.
I did have to get longer hoses to connect to water source but that is NOT an issue with this product or supplied supple lines that come pre connected, MINE ARE JUST FAR AWAY from sink i needed longer to reach the supplied connections. I had NO problems mounting it or anything and everything shown that was supplied was supplied. The instruction were vague but it is a faucet how hard could it be?? Great Product. Exactly as advertised. Looks great and is very practical. I lost the service key (thrown out with the packaging by accident 😬) and emailed the seller to get another key. Sent key free of charge and included an extra spray head (different style). Fantastic customer service and much appreciated.
